VMPC advocates for the profession of volunteer management as the key cornerstone in building and maintaining volunteer capacity. We bring the national voice of managers of volunteer resources (including all leaders of volunteers, regardless of their title) to the table on issues that affect volunteerism and volunteer management in Canada.
