DEI, GBA+, ROI: How does this alphabet soup present opportunities for your volunteer program?

How does focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, using the principles of Gender-Based Analysis Plus provide volunteer coordinators with a positive Return on Investment? This webinar will elaborate on these concepts, and illustrate each theory with case studies from the front lines of Parks Canada.
