Category: ManagementAs the Coordinator, Volunteer Resources, of a multi-disciplinary team, you will recruit and coordinate volunteers while providing ongoing support, supervision and evaluations of volunteers.

• Demonstrated communication and public relations skills
• Demonstrated public speaking and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated familiarity with the community and its resources
• Demonstrated experience as a volunteer
• Individual leadership and appropriate interpersonal skills
• Computer and technological skills
• Experience in coordination of special events relevant to volunteerism
• Conflict management skills
You will have 1-3 years’ experience coordinating volunteers. Membership with the Administrators of Volunteer Resources BC (AVRBC) is considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
