Job Description / Duties

The Coordinator of Volunteer Resources is responsible for:
•Overseeing the volunteer program and evaluating its success
•Recruiting, supervising, training and supporting volunteers
•Supporting the staff who work with volunteers
•Coordinating the delivery of specialized training programs for volunteers
•Participating in the development and expansion of volunteer resource base and volunteer opportunities.
•Ensuring that volunteers receive informal recognition

Qualifications / Required Skills

•A university degree in a related field.
•Must have two years of related experience including some supervisory experience
•Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
•Ability to perform the duties of the position.
•Good work record.
•Written and spoken competence in English and French required.

Salary: $ 20.4933 to $ 28.6133 per hour (pay band 2)
