Job Description / Duties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Coordinator of Volunteer Resources is responsible for:

Overseeing the volunteer program and evaluating its success
Recruiting, supervising, training and supporting volunteers
Supporting the staff who work with volunteers
Co-ordinating the delivery of specialized training programs for volunteers
Participating in the development and expansion of volunteer resource base and volunteer opportunities.
Ensuring that volunteers receive informal recognition
Employees are responsible to be aware of and understand

Salary: $48,672 to $68,042 per year (Pay Band 3) (Based on 37.5 hours per week)
