Experience:
•Minimum 4 years of progressive volunteer management experience, preferably in a health care setting.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate):
• University degree in relevant human service discipline is required or an equivalent combination of volunteer management education and experience may be considered.
Certification/Licensure/Registration:
•Certificate in Volunteer Management preferred.
•Active Manitoba Association for Volunteer Administration (MAVA) member required; membership in Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada (VMPC) preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Demonstrated supervisory, leadership and entrepreneurial abilities required.
•Thorough knowledge of the community and available resources required.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft “Office” and “Volgistics” database, an asset.
Salary: Salary is commensurate with education and qualifications
