Job Description / Duties

POSITION FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for MOSAIC’s Volunteer Resources department through accurate records and data management.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform administrative tasks: file documents; produce documents and spreadsheets; enter/record volunteer onboarding documentation and other data, update volunteer data base
Maintain volunteer files to proper standards
Assist with communications with volunteers

Qualifications / Required Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of secondary school
Related experience in non-profit volunteer management, human resources or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Strong computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check required
Familiarity with Better Impact or other CRM databases is an asset
Familiarity with the Canadian Code for Volunteer Involvement is an asset
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
LINC level 7 or higher English proficiency
Additional languages are an asset

Additional Information

HOURS:

14 hours per week, fixed-term employment contract to August 31, 2023

All candidates must be residing and eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the position.

Salary: STARTING PAY: $21.71-$24.43
