Webinar – Overcoming Dreaded Conversations
Hosted by the Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada (VMPC) www.vmpc.ca
Is it safe to say we all hate difficult conversations? Have you ever dreaded a conversation with a volunteer or co-worker? For example, the talk with a volunteer about their body odor or a volunteer who is no longer capable of carrying out their role?
Join Charlene Dishaw for a dialogue about difficult conversations and learn how to apply the “Experience Cube” as a tool to create less anxiety for these conversations. Come ready to share your own resources as well!
Please note: this webinar will include some pre-webinar work in order to make our time together more efficient, effective and interactive.
