Project Management in Volunteer Administration
Often times Volunteer Administrators of all levels are required to manage projects of various scopes and sizes. From executing large-scale, volunteer-lead, fundraising events to the launching of a new volunteer-lead social enterprise, to developing new volunteer programs after COVID-19 has started, project management methodologies can be applied to all aspects of the volunteer life cycle.
Join us on Thursday, February 3rd at 10AM Pacific / 1PM Eastern for a webinar on Project Management in Volunteer Administration and how this approach can be incorporated in practice. We will be going over fundamental project management frameworks in addition to examples of how these frameworks can be leveraged in the Volunteer Administration Context.
